Google Docs
Google Docs is a free, Web-based word processor, powered by Google. It allows users to create and edit documents, presentations, forms and spreadsheets, online while collaborating in real-time with other users. This means that documents can be shared, opened, and edited by multiple users at the same time. And users can be notified via e.mail about any changes made another user.
Features: Google Docs is Google's office suite with "software as a service". One can create documents, spreadsheets, presentations with Google Docs, import through the web interface, or sent via email. However, Google Docs do not have an equation numbering feature. The documents may be saved to your local computer as well, in any format like: ODF, HTML, PDF, RTF, Microsoft Word. Another very good thing is that documents are saved automatically to Google's servers to prevent data loss, and a revision history is automatically kept. The documents may be tagged and archived in different categories of your choice, for organizational purposes. These services are officially supported by recent versions of Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome browsers and 1GB of storage is included for free.
Comment: This is a very powerful tool and could really help e.g. the board of your Square Dance organisation to collaborate and develope documents. You can upload, download, edit och convert documents as you wish. Protocols can easily be written in real-time, shared and read by any other user of your choice.
Huddle Workspace
Huddle Workspace is another excellent tool to get your team working together. One may create different workspaces for different groups of connections and you can decide who sees what. Your documents can be kept private and secure and you can access them from anywhere, at anytime. Just like Google Docs your group members can collaborate with documents, papers, ideas and discussions.

- Files can be created online, without any further software. Add comments and request approvals if you like.
Huddle provides file sharing, document management, meeting organization, integrated web and phone conferencing, discussion boards, tasks and project management, custom branding, security and authorization control.
Facebook is a very powerful tool for sharing Square Dance to more people. It is a global Internet Community for everyone, since the beginning in 2004 it has reached about 600 million users, about 11 % of the world's population.
Fan page - Create a Fan page for your organisation, company or Square Dance club, for people to "Like". On your page you can tell people about your organisation, or even about yourself! You can also present your website, show photos, videos and even ask a question about people's opinion. You may also use Facebook as your fan page and spread information like it is from organisation, company or Square Dance club itself.
Groups - Create a Group and gather your friends, collaborators, club members and Square Dance associatives. Within the group you can share updates, links, photos, events and ideas. Another big advantage with Groups is that you can easily create, edit, laborate and share documents within the group (like with Google Docs or Huddle Workspaces). It may be "open" or "closed" for other Facebook members to join and thereby you can choose if the group should be public for marketing or secret, for your organisation to share material only within the group.
Events - Create an Event for your upcoming dance, party or other Square Dance get-together. Thereby you can tell people when and where the event will take place and the invited guests may RVSP directly on Facebook by simple responding "Yes", "No" or "Maybe".
Pictures & Movies - You can upload movies or pictures and easily arrange these in albums with comments. Your Facebook friends may "Like" or comment your uploads and albums and these can easily be shared to others. This is one of the most powerful since many of us has friends on Facebook who do not know what Square Dance is or what it looks like. Be keep adding Square Dance movies and pictures on Facebook, more and more of other friends will sooner or later happen to catch sight of Square Dance.

Squarebook
One of the most important products of One square Global is Squarebook - an Internet Community for Squaredancers. It was created in 2010 eventhough Squarebook did not reach its break-through until 2011 when it was re-released in English. At the community you can find photos, movies, groups and events - and everything has to do with Square Dance.
Although, Squarebook is not only an Internet Community, it is also a toolbox! Here you can find Huddle Workspaces where you can create your own work group, e.g. within the board of your Square Dance club, and easily share information, propositions and protocols.

YouTube
Another very powerful tool is YouTube(?) where one may upload videos that can been viewed by anybody in the whole world. YouTube is a website on which users can upload videos to share with others. Most videos are thereby uploaded by private users. Even if you are not a registered user you may watch videos and registered users may upload an unlimited number of videos.

Square Dance Videos
Just like a Music Video is meant to promote the artist and the song, Square Dance Videos are developed to promote Square Dance and callers. If you see this logotype it means that the video is uploaded on Ubetoo. One advantage with this is that the advertising revenue that it generates are reinvested in new Square Dance projects.

Skype
Skype is a software application. It allows users to make voice calls over the Internet. Making calls from one Skype user to another is free, while calls can be made to cell phones and traditional landline for a fee. One is also able to send instant messages, transfer files and establish video conferences by additional features.
